Crop Circle Invasion

Another weird spectacle when I fly out to CA is the slew of crop circles everywhere in the Midwest. Good Lord! When I first saw these, I have to say I freaked out just a little bit. I thought I was seeing actually crop circles! Which I technically was, but they were man-made. I've come to realize how ignorant I was to think crops were mainly grown in squares and rectangles. I have yet to look up why crops are grown in a circular fashion, but they are still pretty amazing to gander at from the sky. =3
